FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, mutton cutting and forcing with garlic, fresh ornamental cabbages chopping and freezing, speck, green onions and greens cutting, rice cooking till weight increases by 150%, "Parmesan" cheese grating, the listed components mixing with vegetable oil, salt and CO-extract of pyrolysis wood, red dry wine and drinking water mixing to produce filling, the produced mixture and filling packing, sealing and sterilisation.EFFECT: method allows to produce new preserves with usage of non-traditional vegetal raw materials without the target product organoleptic properties modification. |
