<p>The invention provides a handle operation device for a small vehicle. One end of an outer cable towards the length direction of a steering handle is supported on a shell fixed on the steering handle, so as to shorten the assembly time for assembling the operation cable on the shell. The shell (24) is formed by combining a first shell half body (25) and a second shell half body (26), the first shell half body (25) is formed in a way of combining a pair of shell component parts (27,28) which are separated and combined along the direction of the center axis of the steering handle (15), and the steering handle (15) is clamped between the second shell half body (26) and the second shell half body (25).
