<p>The invention relates to a method for producing a tool unit (100) for a deep drilling machine having an exchangeable tool head (130), such as a drill head, which is detachably fastened to a drill pipe (110). The drill pipe has an end proximal to the machine, having devices for accommodating the drill pipe on a working spindle of the deep drilling machine, and an end distal from the machine, having a first connecting structure (112) for attaching a tool head. The tool head has a second connecting structure (136). The tool head (130) is fastened to the drill pipe (110) by means of an multi-piece adapter unit (150) arranged therebetween, wherein a first adapter piece (160) of the adapter unit is connected to the drill pipe (110), a second adapter piece (170) of the adapter unit is connected to the tool head (130), and the first and second adapter pieces are connected to each other in a rotationally fixed and centered manner by means of corresponding first and second interface structures of an adapter interface (200). The adapter interface is preferably designed as an axial plug-in connection.</p> |
