摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a high speed fermented eco-friendly amino acid fertilizer using by-products of aquatic products. More specifically, the method for manufacturing a high speed fermented eco-friendly amino acid fertilizer using by-products of aquatic products can shorten the manufacturing period remarkably and reduce a unique odor of liquid fertilizers after fermentation by hydrolyzing by-products of aquatic products with protease into a low molecular weight after pulverizing the by-products of aquatic products, and by manufacturing an eco-friendly amino acid fertilizer by fermenting the hydrolyzed substance with two microorganisms which are Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Lactobacillus fermentum. To achieve this, the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) pulverizing the by-products of aquatic products by using a pulverizer; (b) hydrolyzing the pulverized by-products of aquatic products by injecting protease; and (c) fermenting the hydrolyzed liquid from the hydrolyzing process by injecting microorganisms.
