The present invention is a multi-drive mechanism of a fast tool servo for three-dimensional processing which comprises: a main body (53), which is in a square plate form of a consistent thickness and which has a first through-hole (53a) and a second through-hole (53b); two ultrasonic oscillators (15), each of which is installed to the interior of the first through-hole (53a) and the second through-hole (53b); a cutting tool (19), which is fixated to a corner of the main body (53) and which protrudes towards the exterior of the main body (53); and an oscillation transfer unit (55), which is placed between the cutting tool (19) and the first and second through-holes (53a, 53b) and which induces an oscillation force of the ultrasonic oscillators (15) to the cutting tool (19) to enable the cutting tool (19) to perform a three-dimensional cutting, in other words, to allow a displacement of the cutting tool (19) towards an x-axis direction and a y-axis direction. |
