a first housing; a second housing; a transparent member disposed between the first and second housings; and a transparent substrate including a transmissive electrode area having a horizontally arranged mesh-like transparent electrode pattern divided into a plurality of electrodes by a plurality of vertically extending gap portions separating each of the plurality of electrodes, wherein a subset of the plurality of electrodes electrically connect an interior of the first housing and an interior of the second housing.
