<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a map drawing device that can accelerate drawing processing and suppress an increase in drawing time even when a contour line is a curved line or when the shape of a silhouette changes.SOLUTION: Silhouette polygon creation means 5 adds an apex to each apex, which is obtained by projecting each apex of a ground level triangle constituting a triangular mesh on a projection surface, to create a silhouette polygon including a silhouette on the projection surface. Area paint-out means 8 determines each point on the ground level corresponding to each point included in the silhouette polygon on the projection surface with inverse projection converting means 6, and paints out each of the points on the projection surface in a pre-set color when each of the points is included in the inside of the ground level triangle.</p> |
