In the present invention, provided is a moisture-proofing coating composition, including polyvinyl alcohol, vinyl acetate based resin emulsion, ethylene vinyl acetate emulsion and water, thereby improving moisture-proofing property, having good adhesive property and mechanical property when being used in coating, and improving recycling rate by significantly increasing dissociation function in a dissociation process.
