<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus that detects polarization information and/or spectral information, is able to acquire a polarization image and/or spectral image, and is also able to prevent a luminance decrease and occurrence of ghost and flare during normal image acquisition.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus comprises: an image sensor 14 having a pixel array; an optical filter 12 having a filter array in which a polarization filter and/or spectral filter is arranged in specific positions corresponding to pixels of the image sensor 14: and an image generating section 15 that generates image data. The optical filter 12 transmits light of the main component composing the incident light, and light of sub-component smaller in degree of transmission than the light of the main component. The image generating section 15 generates first image data from a signal output by the image sensor 14 with respect to the light of the main component. The image generating section 15 generates second image data from a signal output by the image sensor 14 with respect to the light of the main component and the light of the sub-component.</p> |
