PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a vibration control structure capable of suppressing broadband frequency vibrations with a simple configuration; and an image forming apparatus including the structure.SOLUTION: A vibration control structure includes: a base material 20; an oscillator 20a having an arm part extending from the base material toward the inside of an opening disposed in the base material while extending along an edge of the opening; a vibration absorber 31 laminated so as to cover the opening and the oscillator; and a vibration constraint member 32 laminated so as to cover the vibration absorber 31. The base material, the oscillator, and the vibration absorber are subjected to viscoelastic bonding. The vibration absorber and the vibration constraint member are subjected to viscoelastic bonding.
