PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing material having excellent transparency, flexibility and embossing resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a sealing material which has a single layer structure or two or more laminated structures and satisfies the following (1) to (5): (1) the crystal melting heat quantity measured at a heating rate of 10°C/minute in differential scanning calorimetry is 60 J/g or less, (2) the thermal shrinkage in the MD direction when heated at 100°C for 5 minutes is less than 30%, (3) one surface or both surfaces are embossed, (4) the average length (Rsm) of the roughness curve elements of the embossed surface is 300 μm or less, and (5) the crystal melting heat quantity at 30°C or more of a layer having the embossed surface is 15 J/g or more as measured at a heating rate of 10°C/minute in differential scanning calorimetry. |
