PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container comprising a container body in which interlayer peeling can be started properly from an opening start position.SOLUTION: An opening start end 26 projected in a tongue-like shape at a part of an outer peripheral edge of a flange part 25 is formed in such a way that an end part edge of the opening start end 26 is positioned above an opening surface. When attaching a lid body 3 to the flange part 25, the end part edge of the opening start end 26 is brought into contact with the lid body 3 first, pressed strongly, and then attached. Thus, the end part edge of the opening start end 26 and the lid body 3 are reliably attached, an interlayer can be reliably peeled from the end part edge of the opening start end 26 with a small force, and a satisfactory feeling of opening can be provided.
