<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce production cost of a chair excellent in comfortability in a rocking state.SOLUTION: A guide shaft 32 is fixed to a rearward jutting part of a base 3 provided in an upper end of a leg strut 2, and the guide shaft 32 is fitted into groove holes 33 formed in a slide in part 17 of a back outer shell 15. The slide in part 17 of the back outer shell 15 extends to both the right and left sides of the base 3, and a spindle 18 is mounted between the front ends thereof through bearings 19. The bearings 19 are only placed on flanges 3c in the base 3, and the spindle 18 is fixed to a rear part spring receiver 23. A seat is attached to the base 3 such that the seat can move back and forth and cannot be detached upward, and the bearings 19 are held by the seat such that the bearings 19 cannot move upward. During rocking, the back outer shell 15 retreats while descending by advance of the spindle 18, and the seat advances interlocking with it. Since it is not necessary to form a slide hole in the base 3, the structure can be simplified.</p> |
