A multi-layered ceramic capacitor and board for mounting the same are provided to easily reduce and control the impedance in a wider frequency area than that of conventional structures and to effectively make products smaller, by comprising: a ceramic main body including a plurality of dielectric layers and having a first principal plane and a second principal plane that face each other, a first side and a second side that face each other, and a first section and a second section that face each other; a capacitor unit formed inside the ceramic main body, and is comprised of a first internal electrode having a first lead exposed to the second principal plane, and a second internal electrode having a second lead exposed to the first principal plane; a resistance unit formed on one dielectric layer inside the ceramic main frame, is comprised of a first internal connecting conductor exposed to the first principal plane, the second principal plane, and the first section, and a second internal connecting conductor exposed to the first principal plane, the second principal plane, and the second section; a first to fourth external electrodes formed on the first principal plane and the second principal plane of the ceramic main frame and electrically connected to the first internal electrode, the second internal electrode, the first internal connecting conductor, and the second internal connecting conductor; a first connecting terminal and a third connecting terminal formed on the first section of the ceramic main frame and connected to the first internal connecting conductor; and a second connecting terminal and a fourth connecting terminal formed on the second section of the ceramic main frame and connected to the second internal connecting conductor, the capacitor unit and the resistance unit being serially connected. |
