The present invention relates to a piezoelectric speaker which prevents the deterioration of sound quality due to the generation of irregularly strong negative pressure in a specific frequency. The piezoelectric speaker includes a sound vibration plate; a pair of frames attached to the upper surface of the sound vibration plate and the edge of the lower surface; a first amplitude control plate which is attached to the upper surface of the sound vibration plate and is made of synthetic resin; a second amplitude control plate which is attached to the upper surface of the first amplitude control plate and is made of synthetic resin; a piezoelectric layer which is attached to the upper surface of the second amplitude control plate and changes an applied electric signal into vibration to output sound.
