PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a sheet-like pack to have heat retaining property stably for a long time, be flexible and pleasant to touch, and exhibit the effect by an external preparation for skin sufficiently by improving functions of the sheet-like pack.SOLUTION: The sheet-like pack A is provided in piles in one sheet with: a resin sheet 2 which is obtained by adding a microcapsule powder 1 including a paraffin latent heat storage material whose melting point is over 37°C and 48°C or less, and holds it in a dispersion state; and a fiber sheet 3 consisting of a nonwoven fabric impregnated with the external preparation for skin in piles on the resin sheet 2. |
