<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water stop structure of a building capable of preventing blowing of rainwater into a building.SOLUTION: A building is provided with a balcony 20 extending to the outside of a building from a building body, with a balcony spandrel wall part 22 provided at a peripheral edge part of the balcony 20. The balcony spandrel wall part 22 includes an out side wall surface material 28 on an outdoor side thereof. The out side wall surface material 28 is supported by a wall support member 37 which extends in a width direction of the out side wall surface material 28 from below. The wall support member 37 is L-like, including a lateral plate part 37b on which a lower end surface of the out side wall surface material 28 is placed and a vertical plate part 37a which faces a rear surface of the out side wall surface material 28. Between the wall support member 37 and the out side wall surface material 28, a water stop accessory 50 is sandwiched which extends in the width direction of the out side wall surface material 28.</p> |
