PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add proper water cutoff performance to a building provided with an extension member extending from an external wall part.SOLUTION: External wall materials 25 have a hollow structure and are arranged side by side in vertical and horizontal directions. An exposed beam 21 is provided extending through the plurality of external wall materials 25 in a direction crossing external wall surfaces of the external wall materials 25. The external wall materials 25 each have a cut part 28 where the exposed beam 21 is arranged. The exposed beam 21 is fitted with a secondary water cutoff material 60 at a peripheral part surrounding the exposed beam, and the secondary water cutoff material 60 is provided abutting on the side of the back of the external wall material 25 when the exposed beam 21 is arranged at the cut part 28.
