PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonated beverage blended with indigestible dextrin, having an improved aftertaste, with excellent foam texture being retained.SOLUTION: An indigestible dextrin-containing carbonated beverage has a hardness of 50 to 600 and a Ca/Mg weight ratio of 0.5 to 10. The carbonated beverage has an indigestible dextrin content of 0.6 to 3.0 wt.% and a number average molecular weight of 500 to 10000. The carbonate beverage is a non-alcoholic beverage, having a pH of 2 to 6 and a calorie less than 10 kcal/100 ml. |
