PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure capable of easily and uniformly sealing a clearance between an opening of an outer wall and an insertion member, a seal material used therefor, and a sealing method using the same.SOLUTION: In a seal structure 30 for sealing a clearance between an opening 22 of an outer wall 21 and a duct 23 inserted into the opening 22, a seal material 1 is filled in the clearance between the opening 22 of the outer wall 21 and the duct 23 in a state of being folded back, and the seal material 1 has a base material layer 2 and a first adhesive layer 3 provided on a surface of the base material layer 2, and the first adhesive layer 3 is adhered to an inner peripheral surface of the opening 22 and an outer peripheral surface of the duct 23.
