PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel which has function films including at least a hard coat and an antireflection layer efficiently formed on a surface thereof, and has as a sensor a transparent electrode increasing the degree of freedom of processing in a post-process, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: In order to achieve the above object, provided is a touch panel and a production method therefor. The touch panel includes laminate films each formed of a base film one surface of which a transparent electrode and a function film are sequentially laminated, and the other surface of which function films are sequentially laminated, the laminate films being attached to each other with an adhesive layer therebetween with their surfaces on which the transparent electrode is not provided internally directed. |
