PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back contact solar cell.SOLUTION: A back contact solar cell of the present inventing includes a solar cell substrate, an intrinsic layer, a second conductivity type semiconductor layer and an electrode layer. The solar cell substrate includes a semiconductor substrate body and a plurality of first conductivity type semiconductor doped regions. The semiconductor substrate body has a doped first conductivity type semiconductor material, and the first conductivity type semiconductor doped regions are formed on a back side of the semiconductor substrate body. The intrinsic layer is formed on the back side, and includes a plurality of first openings exposed from the first conductivity type semiconductor doped regions. The second conductivity type semiconductor layer is deposited on the intrinsic layer, and includes a plurality of second openings corresponded to the first openings. The electrode layer includes a plurality of first electrode regions and second electrode regions. The first electrode regions are disposed on the first conductivity type semiconductor doped regions. The second electrode regions are disposed on the second conductivity type semiconductor layer, and separated with the first electrode regions. |
