摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of pixels belonging to a target tissue, in a medical X-ray measurement apparatus such as a bone density measurement device.SOLUTION: A two-dimensional detection value array 324 comprises a plurality of L detection values (low energy X-ray detection values) and a plurality of H detection values (high energy X-ray detection values). Thereto, a two-dimensional pixel array 336 is set. An individual pixel has a pair of detection values comprising the L detection value and the H detection value. When the pair of the detection values (i.e., a pixel) in which one detection value belongs to the inside of a target tissue and in which the other detection value includes a boundary is specified, the other detection value is specified as a replacement target (refer to codes 328, 332). The same kind of detection value 338 closest to the replacement target is copied thereto (refer to codes 340, 342). A replacement value can be calculated on the basis of a plurality of neighborhood detection values. About pixels in which a part protrudes from the target tissue, they can be dealt as effective pixels, too.</p>
