<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a vehicle or a ship that for securing sight of a window from rain, snow, and wave splash, generally a wiper in which a wiping piece moves reciprocating or a rotary window is used, but a wiper system provides extremely obstructed sight according to amounts of rain, snow, and wave splash, strength of wind, and movement speed, and the rotary window has also a narrow visual angle and can be used only in limited applications.SOLUTION: The apparatus is configured to throw away raindrops by centrifugal force by rotating a transparent disc by a motor, and an outside is imaged by a moving image camera through the transparent disc, and the preferable image is displayed on a display monitor. Therefore a person can observe an outside of the window as if there were no rain, snow, and wave splash.</p> |
