<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid filling device and liquid filling method for accurately performing filling of ink by accurately performing pressure reduction in filling of liquid.SOLUTION: An ink filling device 900 has a color discrimination sensor 101 for detecting that a vacuum pump 102 reduces a pressure of an inside of an ink tank 10 to a saturation vapor pressure of an ink stored in piping 154 connected to the ink tank 10 and the ink stored is boiled. In addition, the ink filling device 900 has a syringe 122 and plunger 123 for supplying the ink to the inside of the ink tank 10 in which the pressure is reduced.</p> |
