<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistor of high bonding reliability in which a metal electrode and a metal terminal are bonded well, and to provide a method of manufacturing the resistor.SOLUTION: A resistor includes a ceramic substrate 11, a resistor element 12 and a metal electrode 13 formed on one side of the ceramic substrate, a metal terminal 14 bonded to the metal electrode. The metal electrode and metal terminal are bonded by solid-phase diffusion bonding of Al and Cu. The metal electrode and metal terminal may be composed of Al, and subjected to solid-phase diffusion bonding via a bonding material composed of Cu.</p> |
