<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for cast molding facilitating exhaustion of air residue in a cavity from an air outlet, a method of producing a vessel using the mold for cast molding and a vessel produced by the method.SOLUTION: A mold 3 for cast molding is for forming a vessel 1 having a drainage port 2 in a bottom part 11. The vessel 1 has the drainage port 2 dented downward relative to other parts in a part of the bottom part 11. The mold 3 has a cavity 4 for cast molding in a state where the vessel 1 is turned upside down. The cavity 4 has a thickness of a specified range in a part forming the vessel 1 and is provided with an air outlet 32 for discharging air in the cavity 4, on the upper surface of the mold 3 forming the lower surface 22 of a drainage bottom part 21 of the drainage port 2. The upper surface of the mold 3 has an inclination with the air outlet 32 located uppermost. The cavity 4 has a thin part 41 being thinner than the thickness of the specified range and serving as flow resistance in a part including the air outlet 32, in the plane view.</p> |
