<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care device for performing dehairing, facial treatment, and other cosmetic treatment, and free from the need of a skill for continuous operations of care beam irradiation by sliding a handpiece so as to shorten a skin care treatment time, and a skin care method.SOLUTION: This skin care device 1 is configured of a handpiece 10 capable of gripping, and performing a care beam irradiation operation by oppositely contacting a skin surface, and a control part 2 for performing care beam irradiation control and handpiece slide control when operating the handpiece 10. The handpiece 10 includes: a care beam irradiation body for irradiating care beams; an irradiation window 150 for care beam irradiation, opened on a lower side surface; slide amount detection means for detecting a slide amount slid while adhering the handpiece along a skin surface; and care beam irradiation means acting when the slide amount of the irradiation window 150 becomes a prescribed value.</p> |
