The present invention relates to a pattern forming apparatus for the pattern core of a light guide plate. The apparatus includes a core support in which the pattern core is fixed; a rudder angle tip prepared in the ending part; an actuator to move the rudder angle tip up and down; a rudder angle head to form a pattern in the pattern core; a head support to support the rudder angle head; a z-axis operating part to operate the head support up and down facing the pattern core; a x-axis operation part to operate the head support in the front and rear direction of the pattern core; a y-axis operation part to operate the head support in the right and left direction of the pattern core; a control part to control the operation of the actuator, the x-axis operation part, the y-axis operation part and the z-axis operation part. Many head support and rudder angle head are prepared and the pattern can be formed in parallel as a pattern area of the pattern core is divided. Accordingly, the time to be consumed in forming a pattern can be minimized and the productivity can be maximized because each rudder angle head can form a pattern in parallel at the same time as many rudder angle heads to form a pattern in a pattern core and many head supports are prepared. |
