摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flaw inspection method capable of improving flaw detection accuracy by preventing adhesion of a foreign matter or bubbles onto the surface of a measurement target object material to be subjected to flaw detection.SOLUTION: When transmitting an ultrasonic wave from an ultrasonic probe to a measurement target object material through an ultrasonic transmitting medium and measuring an internal defect present in the measurement target object material by ultrasonic flaw inspection by receiving a reflection wave of the ultrasonic wave, flaw detection is performed in multiple times to a flaw detection position of the measurement target object material in which a reflection wave having higher intensity than a set threshold is detected, and it is determined whether a foreign matter adheres onto the surface of the measurement target object material or not by comparing each result of the flaw detection performed in multiple times.
