一种加工机机内断差补偿系统及方法，该加工机的加工主轴上安装有点镭射检测装置。所述系统包括：控制模组，用于控制加工机移动到各加工基准点；检测模组，用于利用点镭射检测装置得到各加工基准点的实际座标；拟合模组，用于根据上述得到的加工基准点的实际座标拟合得到基准平面；旋转模组，用于根据上述基准平面与预设的法平面之间的角度差，计算加工路径的所有加工点的于该基准平面的新座标；补偿模组，控制加工机依次移动到各加工点，并计算得到各加工点的Z轴补偿值传输给加工机。本发明可对待加工产品在Z方向的断差进行精度补偿。; a detection module that obtains actual coordinates of the multiple benchmark points according a point laser detection device; a fitting module that fit the actual coordinates to be a benchmark plane; a rotation module that calculates new coordinates of all processing points in a process path according to an angle difference between the benchmark plane and a preset normal plane; a compensation module that control the processing machine to move the processing points according the new coordinates, and calculates and transmits the step mismatch value of each processing points to the processing machine.
