The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a console armrest for a vehicle, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing an integral skin foam (integrally forming skin and foam) console armrest. Also, the present invention has a purpose of providing a method for forming integral skin foam so that a mark of molding a gate mark is not exposed to the exterior of a product. For achieving the purpose, provided in the present invention is a method for manufacturing an integral skin foam console armrest, which comprises: locating a base material to be in contact with the inside of a first mold; injecting a foaming solution through a gate while the first mold and a second mold are closed; integrally foaming the integral skin foam on the surface of the base material; installing a penetration gate penetrating the inside of the mold on the first mold; forming a through hole at a position inside the base material, corresponding to the location of penetration gate of the first mold on the base material in advance; and making the foaming solution injected through the penetration gate pass through the through hole of the base material and injected into the inside of the mold, when foaming the integral skin foam.
