A partial discharge detector for a power cable is disclosed. The partial discharge detector for a power cable comprises: a plurality of conductive members; a plurality of connection members connecting the plurality of conductive members wherein the connected conductive members form a flexible unit; at least one insulation member installed on a side of the conductive members and connected to the conductive members in an identical form of the conductive members; and a connector installed on the insulation member and electrically connected to the conductive members to connect the conductive members to the partial discharge detector.
