PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a rotary electric machine is enlarged in an axial direction and the weight is increased in the case a power electronic circuit is mounted.SOLUTION: A power supply unit-integrated rotary electric machine comprises: a rotor shaft; a rotor; a stator; and an electric power supply unit which supplies the stator and the rotor with electric power. The electric power supply unit is directly mounted on an outer end face of an anti-load side bracket. A plurality of radiation fins are directly mounted on an inner end face of the anti-load side bracket facing the mounting position of the electric power supply unit. A cooling fan cooling the radiation fins is mounted at the rotor shaft and the radiation fins are covered with a thin-plate like guide to form a cooling ventilation flue. An outer peripheral end of the thin-plate like guide is extended to an opening of the anti-load side bracket opening in an axial direction of the rotary shaft. By the extension part, the opening is divided into two parts so that an intake port is formed in the radiation fin side and an exhaust port is formed in the cooling fan side. When the cooling fan rotates, cooling air sucked from the intake port is introduced through the radiation fins into an inner diameter negative pressure part to be exhausted from the exhaust port. |
