The present invention relates to a window assembly for a monitoring camera having a central image pickup device and an outer IR LED, including a flat shield ring capable of preventing angle view invasion, wherein a window has a connection groove part between a central part and an outer side part in order to allow infrared light to be guided along the window and to prevent the infrared light from invading into an image pickup device side, and a first flat shield ring is arranged, to overlap the connection groove part, at an outer side of the window depending on a tendency that a view angle is increased according to a performance improvement of the image pickup device in a monitoring camera, and has a thickness so as not to protrude from the window. A window assembly for a monitoring camera having a flat shield ring capable of preventing view angle invasion comprises: a light-transmitting window which includes a central part for protecting an image pickup device, an outer side part for protecting an IR light resource, and a connection groove part for connecting the central part and the outer side part; a first outer surface flat shield ring which is connected to overlap the position of the connection groove part of the window and has a structure not to protrude from the central part and the outer side part of the window; and a second inner surface flat shield ring which is connected to overlap the position of the connection groove part of the window. |
