The present invention relates to a vehicle-type sludge collector for moving an underwater vehicle forward and backward, comprising: a rectangular main body mounted on a sedimentation basin, and integrally connected thereto; a plurality of scrapers connected to a lower part of the main body so as to simultaneously move sludge accumulated on the bottom of the sedimentation basin; a plurality of main body transfer rollers arranged in parallel on both sides of the sedimentation basin, and on which the main body is mounted; a plurality of guide rollers inserted and installed as perpendicular to the main body transfer rollers, and guiding the main body; a connection bar for coupling the scrapers in a linked shape to be raised and lowered altogether; and a scum discharging device (50) moved forward and backward so as to discharge scum generated on the surface of water in the sedimentation basin. The present invention provides advantageous effects in which: sludge accumulated on the bottom of the sedimentation basin can be simultaneously collected only with a single travel of the main body as a plurality of scrapers are installed on a main body to which the same are integrally connected; the main body can safely travel forward and backward without being deviated or distorted as equipped with a plurality of guide rollers installed as perpendicular to a plurality of main body transfer rollers in parallel with a wall surface of the sedimentation basin; an underwater vehicle can collect sludge by reciprocating forward and backward as the scrapers are raised when moving backward and lowered when moving forward as a connection bar is installed to connect the same in a linked shape on the top of the scrapers; and the underwater vehicle reciprocates forward and backward within a predetermined distance and thus can be safely used.
