<p> Provided are a fire prevention/extinguishing device in which a gas is used and a nitrogen-enriched air fire prevention/extinguishing device, characterized in that the fire prevention/extinguishing is provided with: a control means (50) for controlling the introduction of gas into an air-supply hose (90) before a fire prevention/extinguishing operation; a pressure detection means (62) for detecting the pressure inside the air-supply hose (90); and a timing means (53) for measuring the time from the start of introduction of gas into the air-supply hose (90); an induction pressure that is lower than the pressure during operation at the time of the fire prevention/extinguishing operation, and an induction flow that is smaller than the flow during operation at the time of the fire prevention/extinguishing operation, being set in advance by the control means (50), and, during a prescribed amount of time from the start of introduction of gas into the air-supply hose before the fire prevention/extinguishing operation, the gas being introduced into the air-supply hose (90) at the induction pressure and induction flow, whereby deflection of the hose is prevented, in particular, before the fire prevention/extinguishing operation.</p> |
