A control unit 34 controls the charge/discharge of the storage battery 14 according to the charge/discharge pattern set by the set unit 32. At the control of the charge/discharge of the storage battery 14, the control unit 34 uses a temporary pattern, different from the charge/discharge pattern set by the set unit 32, when the power storage volume of the storage battery 14 is larger than the power storage volume secured at blackout, which is to be secured when the power supply from the commercial power supply stops, before the completion of the discharge time zone included in the charge/discharge pattern set by the set unit 32.</p>
