PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high coating quality.SOLUTION: Shaping air SA discharged from an air jetting port 12 is directed outward of a radial direction. An elevation angle of the shaping air is 10°-20°, preferably. The shaping air SA is flow of a state in which the shaping air SA is twisted in a direction opposite to a rotation direction R of a bell cup 10. A torsion angle around an axial line O of the bell cup 10 is preferably 38°-60°. Liquid yarn 20 of coating is extended outward of the radial direction from an outer peripheral edge 10b of the bell cup 10, and the coating separated from the tip end becomes particles 22. Preferably, the shaping air SA collides the coating particles at a point P where a motion amount of the coating particles 22 is reduced. |
