PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet excellent in scratch resistance and impact resistance and excellent in adhesion of a surface protective layer.SOLUTION: The decorative sheet having at least a first surface protective layer, a primer layer, and a second surface protective layer in order on a base material sheet is characterized in that: (1) both the first surface protective layer and the second surface protective layer contain an ionizing radiation-curable resin as a resin component; (2) the total thickness of the first surface protective layer and the second surface protective layer is 20 μm or more; (3) the second surface protective layer contains silica; and (4) the primer layer contains at least one selected from the group consisting of an acrylic resin and an acrylic-urethane resin. |
