The bendable fine grinding device includes a fixing part disposed in an operating part, a bending part coupled at the end of the fixing part to bend to a desired direction, a shaver disposed at the end of the bending part, and a power transfer member that is bendable to a bending direction and an angle of the bending part and is coupled to the operating part and the shaver to transfer rotatory power of the operating part.
