The present invention relates to a stacked flow energy storage system and use thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a stacked flow energy storage system capable of greatly improving stability, output, and energy density by using electrode material storage tank and a stack-type electrode cell made of a flow-type electrode material formed by mixing an electrode material and an electrolyte, and use thereof. According to the present invention, a unit cell comprising a structure of anode-separator-cathode is stacked in series or parallel, so that output can be greatly increased. Also, the size of a slurry storage tank which is connected to an electrode cell is controlled so that the specification of required energy density can be adjusted. |
