PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood vessel graft that makes a spiral flow generated in passing blood, even when an internal spiral fin is not elongated along the overall length of the blood vessel graft.SOLUTION: A tubular graft 11 comprises a slender duct 2 having distal and proximal ends 3 and 4. The tubular graft also comprises a spiral fin that is protruded inward from an inner surface of the slender duct and elongated in parallel with the axis of the slender duct. The spiral fin is elongated to a point 11 near the proximal end of the slender duct from the distal end of the slender duct. |
