The present invention relates to a heat insulating box for a valve, more specifically, which is easily mounted and dismantled and keeps a valve warm for a fluid to easily flow. To achieve this, according to the present invention, a heat insulating box for a valve block comprises: a lower cover covering a lower portion and a side portion of the valve block; an upper cover covering an upper portion and a side portion of the valve block, which is placed on an upper portion of the lower cover; a clamping pin formed in either the upper cover or the lower cover and inserted into a groove which is formed in the remaining cover; and a clamping unit locking or unlocking the clamping pin which is mounted on the groove of the remaining cover.
