FIELD: engines and pumps.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to engines with reciprocal motion of an armature or a system of coils. The rotary device contains the linear and rotary converter, the magnetic stator assembly and two electromagnetic executive mechanisms, each of which contains the winding performing reciprocal motion. The rotation drive contains the magnetic stator assembly, the executive mechanism with the winding implemented with a possibility of reciprocal motion inside magnetic fields. The linear and rotary converter is interfaced with the executive mechanism and the wheel rim. The rotation drive contains the rotating element, the first and second linear executive mechanisms comprising the fixed elements and sliding elements which move in the linear direction. The bearing framework on which the first and second fixed elements of executive mechanisms are installed.
