Disclosed is a nozzle device for washing the bottom side of a vehicle adjusting a position of a mirror to efficiently observe the bottom side of a vehicle so as to efficiently wash the bottom side of the vehicle. The nozzle device comprises: a nozzle installed in an end part of a connection pipe supplying water and injecting the water supplied from the connection pipe to the bottom side of the vehicle to be washed through an injection hole; a rotary member rotationally installed in the circumference of the nozzle in the horizontal direction; and the mirror installed in the rotary member and rotating in accordance with rotation of the rotary member and projecting an image of the bottom side of the vehicle at different horizontal rotation angles during before and after rotation.
