<p>This invention provides a card edge connector that makes it possible to increase the number of contacts. Said card edge connector is provided with the following: an outer housing (50) that holds a circuit board (60) that has two rows of conductive patterns (65) formed along one edge; and an inner housing (10) that is fitted into the outer housing (50) and holds a plurality of rows of terminal fittings (40) that are electrically connected to the respective conductive patterns (65) on the circuit board (60). The terminal fittings (40) are laid out so as to be angled in the same direction with respect to the circuit board (60). The inner housing (10) comprises a first movable housing (11) located on the front-surface (61) side of the circuit board and a second movable housing (12) located on the back-surface side of the circuit board (60).
