<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a thin plate-like material to be treated to be reliably and smoothly carried into and out of a treatment tank filled with a treatment solution in a horizontal state. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided an apparatus in which the thin plate-like material P to be treated, which is horizontally conveyed in a state of being clamped at both side edges with endlessly rotatable clamps 4, is carried into a treatment tank 5 filled with a treatment solution, is passed through the treatment solution, and is carried out of the treatment tank. A liquid-jet partition apparatus 12 to prevent the outflow of the treatment solution in the treatment tank with a jet liquid is disposed at a notched part 10 for passing through the material to be treated on the carry-in side and the carry-out side of the treatment tank 5. Further, in an apparatus having a structure in which the clamps 4 for clamping one of the side edge parts of the thin plate-like material P are movable in the width direction in order to cope with thin plate-like materials to be treated having different widths, a wider notched part 20 for passing through clamps has a partition structure comprising: a frame 22 for passing through clamps to which a sealing tongue 26 is attached; and partition plates 28 and 29. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
