<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a plastic film from clinging or sticking, to prevent an operator from getting an electric shock, and to prevent dust from sticking to a package at the same time during a packaging process. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention is a three-dimensional laundry packaging machine that packs a garment 2, which is washed and hung over a hanger 1, together with the hanger 1 with a tubular plastic film 3 by pulling the plastic film 3 down over the garment 2.
