<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a book which has a water-resistant cover and is excellent in suitability for turning-over. <P>SOLUTION: The book 1 is equipped with a fold section 2 which includes one or more content pieces of paper 21, and the cover 3 which includes a water-resistant cover body 31. The fold section 2 further includes a first outermost surface layer 22 which covers a surface corresponding to a final page of the content pieces of paper 21, or the cover 3 further includes a second outermost surface layer 32 which covers a surface corresponding to a back end paper page of the cover body 31. Alternatively the fold section 2 further includes the first outermost surface layer 22 which covers the surface corresponding to the final page of the content pieces of paper 21 and the cover 3 further includes the second outermost surface layer 32 which covers the surface corresponding to the back end paper page of the cover body 31. A static friction coefficient and a kinetic friction coefficient between the back end paper page of the cover 3 and the final page of the fold section 2 are not smaller than 0.3 and smaller than 0.4, and not smaller than 0.25 and smaller than 0.35, respectively, or the static friction resistance is not smaller than 0.4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
